Maths

In Maths, we will be exploring subtraction. We will introduce this concept by taking away objects by crossing out and working out how many are left. We will then move on to solving simple subtraction word problems both practically and using a number line. For example, there are 9 pencils in a pot, 4 children take one. How many are left in the pot? We will be recording our answers through number sentences.

In RE we will learning how Eid is celebrated through exploring real artefacts and books.

In Art will be looking at the work of Giuseppe Arcimboldo. We will then use pictures of fruit and vegetables to create a picture of a face in the style of Arcimboldo.
